Light there is in darkness

In Your precious word,

And its voice of comfort

You with grace and power

Just one simple sentence

From Your word will do

Gone are thusmy shadows,

Light there is anew!

In Your word is smiling

To me Your dear face

From Your Throne of glory

Full of love and grace!

Daily at Your table

You my hunger meet

There Your oil is flowing

At Your blessed feet!

In our hidden sorrows

Quietly You come,

For in all Your precepts
