Do you believe, then open confess
Jesus indeed as Lord nothing less,
your lips the Spirit then will anoint,
that they to Him as Savior may point!

Good hearted men with you may agree
and say they, too, do see what you see,
but then in public with Christ to stand
few have the courage throughout this land!

Many I meet the Bible would know,
knowledge of truth they boldly may show,
but with the Lord to openly side,
they all their faith would much rather hide!

Like Nicodemus I was that way,
about my faith I little did say,
but, praise the Lord, I couldn´t subdue
what is in Christ so pow´rfully true!

Right words the Spirit thus will you teach
when as His witness you long to reach
souls you may run into ev´n today
to tell of Christ as the only way!
